Many of use struggle to remember life's goodness when we are thrown into a tough situation or the busyness that takes over our days.  The's why writing down each day what we are grateful for is a simple and incredible solution. 

Write them in the morning when you wake up, as you are taking an afternoon break or at night before your fall asleep.  Before you know it, you will be noticing the small pleasure that bring true meaning to your day.

Count Your Blessings

Here you want to write a short paragraph that quickly explains exactly what your online course is and how it’s the perfect solution to the problems you’ve been talking about in the previous section. Keep it short, but provide the essential information they need to be able to make sense of what’s coming. For example, make sure they know that it’s an online course designed to teach them how to achieve their goal.
